Lara is an Evidential Medium and a Spiritual Guide with a natural ability to connect with loved ones in spirit who are no longer in their physical bodies but remain close, often closer than ever! In a private session, she receives their messages through impressions she sees, hears, and feels, and gently shares them with you as the session unfolds. These impressions often come as clear, specific evidence, memories, or even humor that bring undeniable evidence and the reassurance that your loved ones are near. Along with validation, they may also share what was left unsaid, messages of love, and gentle guidance for your life today. Every session is held as a sacred space, offering not only comfort but also healing and peace.

Her Journey

While Lara’s sensitivity to spirit had always been part of her life, it was during times of deep personal loss that her gifts awakened in a profound way. Through her own grief, she came to understand love’s presence beyond the physical world, and from that healing grew a calling—to serve as a bridge for others, offering messages of comfort, hope, and connection from their loved ones in spirit.

Alongside this path, her work as an End-of-Life Doula opened her heart even further. Sitting with individuals and families through life’s final transitions showed her the depth of love that continues beyond the physical world. This work continues to shape Lara’s approach to mediumship, allowing her to bring compassion, presence, and understanding to every reading.

Training & Development

Lara believes in continually developing her gifts so she can serve spirit and her clients with integrity. Her training includes advanced study at the Arthur Findlay College in England, the world’s leading center for psychic science and spiritual development. She is also a certified Reiki Master Practitioner, integrating energy healing into her work and daily life. In addition, she has studied with respected mentors and teachers of mediumship and spiritual practice, each experience deepening her connection and refining her ability to bring through spirit with clarity and love.

Personal Side

Outside of her work, Lara treasures time with her husband, children, and their new puppy. She finds renewal in nature, quiet walks, and time near the water. Greece holds a special place in her heart, not only as part of her heritage but also as a source of deep spiritual connection. Travel, family, and simple joys keep her grounded and connected to life’s beauty.
